Refund & Return Policy

At our dealership, we are committed to providing accurate information and quality inventory to help you make a confident purchasing decision.

All Sales Are Final

All trailer and RV sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the sale has been completed and the unit has been delivered or taken possession of.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of recreational vehicles and trailers, all units are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing. Once a purchase agreement is signed and finalized, the transaction cannot be reversed.

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their unit prior to completing the purchase. Our team performs a comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) to ensure all major systems—including electrical, plumbing, and propane—are in working order at the time of delivery.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many new units may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty claims, repairs, or service after purchase must be handled directly through the manufacturer or an authorized service center, in accordance with their policies.

Deposits

Deposits placed to secure a unit are fully refundable prior to signing a purchase agreement. Once a purchase agreement has been signed, the deposit is applied toward the purchase and becomes part of the final sale, which is non-refundable.

Exceptions

We do not make exceptions to this policy except where required by applicable state or federal law.
